Questions
Do I need to sign up?
No. Friend is an AI assistant that records your needs. Confirm your email and agree to share your request with our team; a human specialist will reply by email.
Who prepares my travel proposal?
Friend only answers simple questions and collects your requirements. A human specialist reviews your request and replies by email with options, availability and any costs; the AI does not produce a final itinerary or take payment.
Can I bring my own bike, or rent in China?
Both. We can help you fly with your bike and handle transfers, or arrange rental bikes and e-bikes at your destination.
I don't speak Chinese. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We can arrange an English-speaking translator for part or all of your trip, or a local friend who rides with you the whole way.
Can you help me see a doctor or get a health check-up while in China?
Yes. Many visitors use their trip to get a check-up or specialist appointment without long waiting lists at home. We help book appointments (usually at international departments of public hospitals), translate and accompany you. We don't give medical advice.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your nationality and how long you stay — China offers visa-free entry or transit visa-free stays to many countries, but rules change. Tell Friend your passport country and our specialist will check the current rules for your dates.
